Terms of service

You must be 18 + for NSFW commissionPrices are base ratesPrices are in €Fee might be applicable for complex chara design or complex background. Simple background like solid color or gradient color are already included in base ratesAfter the 2 parties agree on details and price, I will send an invoice. Payment is upfront, paying is agreeing to my ToS

Please provide references for characters. Sketches (even stick figures), aesthetic boards, inspiration pics… for what you want are greatly appreciated

How it works1. Discussion about your idea, going over all important details for you and me, making sure we're on the same wavelength
2. Once we settle on details and pricing, you get an invoice (a PayPal link). I start working after getting paid
3. You're asked for a feedback on key steps of the drawing (not all steps are applicable depending on the style chosen): thumbnail/sketch (this is where the most editing is done!), lineart, flat colors, shadowing, final. These are important, as I don't move onto the next step until you give me the go. This might look tedious, but it's a way to ensure you get what you want in the end !
4. Edits are acceptable in a moderate fashion. Examples
❌ you asked for a character to have short, in a bob, hair. Now that I finished the flat coloring, you want them to have long flowing hair : can't do.
✅ You asked for a character to have short, in a bob, hair. Now that you're looking at the sketch, you'd like to see how it would look if they had long flowing hair : that's alright, that's what sketches are for 👍
I reserve the right to cancel an ongoing commission.
4. When the artwork is done, you get a link to my GDrive with your commission.

Cancellation policy :
- sketch and lineart 100% refund, you don’t get the drawing
- flats 50% refund, you get the drawing
- render 25% refund, you get the drawing
Full refund if an issue arise on my end.
No refund for buyer’s remorse.
You can’t ask another artist to finish my artwork, unless I specify otherwise

Commissions are for personal use only. You can use it as a pfp, header, in your bio, and a credit is appreciated. Clients are not permitted to use the art in training AI/ML modelsYou’ll get a least 2 files, one without and one with a watermark to post on your social medias if you wish (please link to one of my soc med so I can share!)I might post your com on my socmeds. You can chose to remain anonymous or ask me to not post your drawing.I reserve the right to refuse a commission
